Conor Walton is an Irish painter who exhibits widely. He graduated from NCAD in Dublin
With a joint honours degree in Painting and Art History before gaining a Masters in Art History and Theory with distinction at the University of Essex. He subsequently studied painting in Florence with Charles Cecil. He has had nine solo exhibitions in Ireland and six internationally. His paintings have won prizes at the BP Portrait Award, the ARC Salon and ModPortrait (1st prize 2017). He teaches at the Royal Hibernian Academy gives occasional lectures, demonstrations and workshops at art colleges and ateliers internationally. His painting Summer School, established in Wicklow, Ireland in 2017, attracts students from around the world.
